Hey everyone. It’s been a while. I’m trying to continue posting over at shanelife.tumblr.com…I can’t seem to find the motivation to write longer posts here these days.
That’s kind of the point here. I’m considering a permanent move over to Tumblr and wanted to do a quick poll as to how you consume my blog. If you can’t see the poll for some reason, a comment will suffice. I’m just trying to get some quick idea as to how people read so I know how best to make the transition.

But why not turn shanelife.com into a tumblr type format?
I personally find most tumblr posts not worthy of consumption. Twitter is for short form, blogs are for longer form. Tumbler seems to fit neither. Just my opinion, though, and we all know about opinions.
I usually check out what you have to say through your twitter links and also through my ESP. I have super powers that allow me to read your mind. Right now you’re thinking “I think i’ll hit up the Cosentino’s market and get a code red mountain dew on my way to the downtown Chipotle”.

i vote no on the tumblr. i don’t like the format of it. i prefer reading the blog or through twitter or facebook.
I have found tumblr can be what you want it to be. Long or short.
I think it makes little difference if you move or not. I have a wordpress and a tumblr blog and I think both are great for different reasons. My tumblr template makes it really similar to a more tradition blog with all the benefits of social connectivity that tumblr offers.
