Glad to see somebody else liked Studio 60!

As for the episode, I don’t care for Coldplay but my GF digs them. And you know they are short on material if the band plays that often. The material that was there… I gotta admit the Jon Hamm’s John Ham made me chuckle. the rest was just meh. Unfortunately Meh is all I cna muster for most SNL in a long time.

i agree. coldplay was the best part of the show. SNL has gone WAY downhill in the last couple years. ever since will ferrell left. keenan thompson is so unfunny…it’s not even funny. i don’t know what that show is gonna do when the election is over. it’s pretty much the only thing they make skits about anymore. and they bring back old SNL actors to play the parts. they should cancel SNL and bring back Studio 30 (an awesome drama/comedy about an SNL-like show). I don’t understand how Lorne Michaels thinks this stuff is funny. It’s like he is the Clark Hunt of SNL. Can’t you see your team sucks? time to do something about it.

Most bands only play twice. Coldplay played 4 time that tells you right there that even the producers tried to save the show by having the best part play more.

And Coldplay was the best part.

I agree. This was SNL’s best effort in a looooooong time.

I even liked Andy Samburg’s digital short dig at poseur Rastafarians.

Now, can you tell me where I can buy a roll of Jon Hamm’s John Ham?
