Coolness! My week of going red meat-less is also going well, though I almost slipped and ordered barbacoa at Chipotle the other day!

I’m still off beef. The deal was if we raised the money before the end of January that I wouldn’t eat it until Memorial Day. I intend to hold up my end of the bargain. It’s gonna suck.
