I'm 43. Last year I passed out the in the same way. The doctor said I have Atrial Fibrillation, Irregular heart beat. Since then I had 2 more episode. My heart goes in and out of rhythm. Your wife sounds healthy. Please talk to your doctor about Afib.
God bless both of you and keep you healthy.

OK, this is a weird bit of info. We were catching up on Scrubs last night, and watched the episode where JD has that same thing (only it happens to him when he poops). How bizarre! Hope she's doing better.

I wish Alli the very best. I am sure she will be fine.

The vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body averaging 25 inches in length. Its name is derived from Latin meaning "wandering". True to its name the vagus nerve wanders from the brain stem through organs in the neck, thorax and abdomen.

Ironically, vagus nerve stimulation therapy is the only FDA approved long term treatment option for chronic or severe depression. It is a 90-minute out patient procedure, which completely changed my life.

Best wishes to Ali.

Kind Regards,

Charlie

Please know that I am praying for you too. I know exactly what you mean when it is someone you love so deeply and can't do anything to "fix" it. Take it easy and be well.
