Longer Titles

I’ve decided that my little experiment in shortening titles was a big pain. So I’m abandoning it.

Longer, more descriptive titles ahead.

P.S. I want to apologize for my site’s intermittent outage (as well as Jake’s site). My host, TextDrive, has been having MySQL outage issues with my server. So here’s the deal…I’m planning on switching hosts (AGAIN!) when our contract is up. I’m definitely going to rock Dreamhost…likely the best, most comprehensive hosting programs available.

  1. Ugh, yeah. My host just moved me to a new server. Not a big deal, and it’s actually faster. Problem is, it reverted to a 2 days old version of the site, and I had to figure out how to go back and redo everything I had done the previous 2 days. It’d be nice if they told me this every now and then… They seem to upgrade with no notice.
    Good luck with (yet another) new host!

  2. Well Dreamhost is the shizzle, but it still has issues — right now having problems parsing RSS feeds into HTML because of some PHP issue. I’m not nearly smart enough to figure out why, so it’s frustrating.

    So … longer titles. Does that mean we should offer suggestions like last time? I guess not, but here’s a few, just in case …

    * The Moose Drifts West at Midnight
    * Soggy Lettuce is Ruining My Bacon Salad
    * My Dog Breathes Fire
