Our sprawl out here spans 4 states (VA, MD, PA, and WV) and the District. Yes, you heard right, people commute to the area from Pennsylvania and West Virginia. We hate that idea and live at the last stop of the Metro, as we think living in a metropolitan area should involve being able to occasionally go into said city. Loyalty to sports teams? Like the Chiefs and? Oh, the Royals, whose attendance was ahead of only the Devil Rays this year? Sorry, had to get the digs in there. :-) Good luck to the Chiefs this weekend. Tough one against the Broncos. Digs aside, I hope KC gets more successful too, so that flights to visit my brother, and now my mom, will be cheaper! Trust me, you haven’t seen suburban sprawl.
